Gatland gone

Makes you wonder what wales would have achieved had they pivoted to an attacking play style when their power game had been found out around 2013

Probably the same amount of Grandslam wins as England. They might have won a six nations ***le and triple crown more recently as well

I thought he wanted to go back to Australia to be with his family? Would his heart be in it? I'm not sure.

Love Cheika but that's the most uninspired, "we'll get someone in for two years to steady things" appointment you'll ever see.

More up to date with the modern game than Gats but he's hardly a total opposite which is what Wales need.

Sherrat would be better imo.

If Wales perform well in the next two games, Sherrat will be asked. If Wales win both and somehow end up third or fourth, Sherrat will be begged

Even though he's not old Cheika already gives me 'yesterday's man' vibes. I do like listening to his interviews though.

If I were a Wales fan I'd also rather have Sherrat if he can demonstrate that the performance v Ireland wasn't a one off and can give Welsh rugby a lift in the next two games.

He's still has an WFU car....
