Gameplay sliders

I am still searching for the best set of sliders for true rugby game flow, I usually play 15 minute games on pro.

Do you know what exactly each slider increase/decrease does, particularly for the urgency ones? and any recommended set ups?

Thanks that's very helpful. Do team tactics play a part as well, one of the problems I have is that they take far too many phases to pass the ball to a back when trying to clear so play silly rugby in their own 22.
