mainly posting this for my own benefit, but thought id do it here in case anyone else is interested.
my understanding is there will be twenty unavailable so called premium players that have alreadybeen listed, plus noone from the top 14 final will tour.

below is the team list for the ireland game. next to the names i have dded where the player is a premium player. edit: apparentlythis list might change. later in the year i will edit this post to show when that player is in the final and update based on the new premium player list. but you can see now how many wont be available if its touloise vs la rochelle orbordeaux and if the list stays the same.
there will also be some second chlice players unavailable as 6 of the premium plauers are not in this 23 and some.of the scond choice plauers will be in the final.
