France vs New Zealand

Now now, Prestwick has the right to be happy. It's the whole English mentality, when you win, throw a parade, run around heralding your victory to the world. For god knows, these lovely little things that come so rare in life must be fully celebrated.

2am wow! You really are quite pathetic. Then again... days like these don't come around often so you better enjoy every minute of it. And to think I was cheering for England against the Aussies..... [/b]

Damn right Maccaweeny!!!

I'm not as pathetic as some of the choked jibes against England in the last few years my friend...like I said, I'm making hay while the sun/moon shines so just shut up, close your eyes and think of the Motherland :bana:

Choked jibes against England? What are you on about? England are the current rulers of the world, how have there been "choke jibes" about England? England are a brilliant team lead by brilliant players such as Corry, Moody, Gomersall, Melonhead, Dallaglioallolioalaolalo etc... A world class team who are inspiring, I would never make fun of the Motherland.

Your avatar made me think Prestwick :p

At least i've had a small victory. My limey gf (a recent wallaby convert), when watching the rugby with her father, called him a piece of **** for dancing around with the English flag after a Wilkinson penalty and subsequently left the house.

At least there is one Englishman out there who knows who is really getting tapped up the butt, his pommy daughter

Owned.

You dope Cullen! I'm just inventing new and ingenius ways of inserting the words "choke", "choked" and "choking" into everyday verse!

I'm glad that you have such respect for the England team, sadly, very few of your compatriots share such enthusiasm. Please, ignore my "choked" jibes as aimed for someone else in that case but in all honestly, you should take it like a man.

Maccaweeny, owned? Just because one silly bloody woman had a hissy fit? Pfft. Dunning and Sheperdson, now they were owned, big time!

And with that I bid you all a tear "choked" farewell, I am off to bed.

I passed out just before kick off!! :(
Im a bit shocked atm!
I wasnt terribly surprised by the ozzie/england result but farrrk i never wouldve entertained the thought of the kiwis losing as well.
Looking forward to seeing the replay.
Im glad i stayed home to watch these games. If the behaviour of some of u pommy wankers are anything to go by i think i wouldve cracked one of u chavs in the nose.

Too many PI's in the team. Can't handle the pressure. Luke McAllister!! What the f*** was that!!! You're even worse than the bloody islanders. Don't bother slagging me off as this is my last ever post on this forum. Au revoir. [/b]

lol, don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Just because your boy Panadol did sweet f*** all, so much for Mils being our best centre, he does nothing for 60 minutes, atleast Toeava came close to breaking the line twice. Mils at FB and Toeava was the way to go - Panadol kicks like a ***** and has zilch the counter attacking nouce of Mils.

And sure, why didn't we start Mauger, I mean, Mauger could've made that break and scored that try, and his ability to punt it out on the full in tight situations would've been perfect.

Any Kiwis in sydney want to get on the drink? It's nearly noon, and none too early.
Way ahead of you buddy? hence the reason my first post was full of swearing, poor grammer, poor sentance construction and ramblings.

Nah poms were quite well behaved in Sydney, at least as far as I noticed, something about being surrounded by hundreds of ****** off Australians.

I was a cocky c*** im might watch the replay. Family are telling me the ref was a peice of ****. I don't know if im gonna be able to watch a another RWC game after this. Why me????!!!!!!!

The northern and southern suburbs of perth are infested with chavs/townies/kevs etc etc.

the chances of Coming across a ****** wouldve been too high.

How can you say the yellow card is justified?! If you knew about rugby you would know that he never strayed from his defensive running line, you might as well call a penalty every time someone runs into someone after kicking. On top of that there was no way he was going to get the ball.

But in trying not to sound like i have completely sour grapes the French were great on D and while i dont think they deserved to win they did enough on the day. [/b]

He clearly strayed from his defensive line, he looked up and saw Jauzion and deliberately ran across him to block his run. That is obstruction. For what it's worth regarding my supposed rugby knowledge I am qualified to ref schoolboy matches but anyone could see what McAllister was at.
[/b][/quote]

As Ron Burgundy famously said, agree to disagree. From my POV they were running an in out defence. The kick went through and he turned and arched around. He then saw him coming and naturally braced for the impact. Kick went over and the rest was history. Another thing that got me was that he never would have got there anyway, i guess that is irrelevant. I will always think yellow card was too harsh. I dont think the ref cost us the game i think Henry was right in saying the rub of the green didnt go our way, funny how it doesnt when momentum is going against you. Losing Evans & Carter was huge. Lack of real hard match fitness cost them cause you could see France winning the physical stuff more often as the game went on. The ABs also should have spead the ball more to wear down the fatties and open the game up aka this years tri nations game vs South Africa. Anyway im over it go the ABs!!!!!!

Im still a fan not like some of the fags around NZ who ditch them when they lose.

kicks like a *****. How about McAllister's conversion attempt or f***ed up little chips behind the line in his own half. Yes, if Mauger played we would have won it. Has some brains unlike f***en McA.

mcaws point on it.

in there you will see video of the crappy bin and the forward pass.

Personally id like to blame the ref. He had a shocker and it felt, to me anyway, that he was against the abs for the whole game and it was hard for us to get the ball moving forward. other than that we didnt play to well. we seamed to be shaken in that second half and they tried to push it a bit much.

fair play to the french though, they did what they had to do, got lucky but thats rugby.

lol, re-roll the tape, the one who did the chip kick in our own 22 was Carter, the only time McAlister did a chip kick was about 10 minutes later when he chipped it from the halfway into a big gulf of space and regained it with ease, that was before he twice broke the line - the first time almost resulting in Ali going in the corner and the second when he scored it himself. And McAlister was not supposed to be doing the Goal Kicking, if Evans and Carter hadn't both gone down (Evans was getting treated and went off right after the conversion preety much)

Mauger would've done nothing in his game, he would have been useless taking the ball to the line and his lack of pace means he wouldn't have been able to exploit the French like McAlister was doing, his punting would've been no value as he has significantly less yardage on his than McAlister and he probably would've been steamrolled.

And when was the last time Mauger showed he had brains? The last time he appeared in a Proper Rugby Test's he was busy punting the ball outside the 22 twice in the full in 10 minutes against the Wallabies amd throwing interceptions to Butch James to score under the post.

I'm just going to post this...

How mny people out there honestlybelieve that the pass to Michalak wasn't forward? Can anyone honestly say that it should've been a try? Because if you can't then clearly it shows that the ABs should've won and the people disagreeing are wankers. If you do believe the pass WASN'T forward then clearly you're blind.

Yeah - but England WON when it matters! Not a bad excuse for celebration - although a bit hard on the sad, suntanned LOSERS.

Gallop, ye mighty carthorses!
