flash help

recently i noticed that when i tried to access flash programs, i would get this blank image with a small square with a triangle square and circle in it, and then i found out flash is missing in my PC (dont ask me why)

when i try to download the flash prog, on the site, same square cirlce triangle blah blah blah, and worst thing is i cant download the damned prgram...

help!

Did you try going here?

If you still get problems once installed, check your firewall to see if its not blocking the program.

If so which browser are you using?

You may wish to try installing using a different browser such as Firefox or Opera.
