File Shrinker

Hi, im trying to put some videos of my friend playing his bass on you tube, but the size of the file is too big!
does anybody know where i can download a free file shrinker, or if anybody has one that they could send to me? or if anybody knows any other way of shrinking the file thats would be much appriciated

if u wanna set it on youtube, the only way I can imagne is to lower the quality...
