It could be it. I just wonder how SB feels about Slade. He dropped him then suddenly hes undroppable, then dropped again now.

Don't really have a heavyweight option, though - Freeman would be the biggest but isn't really a power player and also I would be very amazed if they threw him in for his centre debut away in Cardiff


What was Dingwall's injury? I missed him going off in all the excitement of Earl at 12
Not heard anything about him being out or anything, but if he were then a Slade/Daly centre partnership would be...............interesting

Ah absolutely, im fully aware of that....and i do think its an area that annoys SB himself.

I just think Freeman is starting to positively effect games now, and seems to really "getting it" at this level now on the wing, so even though i mentioned him as a possible, i wouldnt rush to move him.

A combo of any of Dingwall, Slade, Daly isnt going to be a heavy duty one, so we're looking to move the ball quick and be as solid as possible in defence. I wonder if Steward back at 15 and Fin Smith using him alot on the crash ball might be an option.
