He's referring to making changes in personnel... right before they make changes in personnel. Of course, he could be (but isn't) referring to 'picking the same players who lose on a regular basis,' because that hasn't worked either.

I'm not sure that Bostik and Wiggleroom have thought through what to say, and certainly not what to do. This is a very talented group of players and they should be at least the sum of their parts. Let's face it, even the lineout (which surely should be extremely well-coached) has looked dubious. Can you add negative value?

My only consolation is that there must come a time when they click, even if it's by complete accident.
