England 2021/22

I don't think anyone outside the family can say that. Everyone deals with things differently and there are no hard and fast rules. Suspect Olyy's withdrawal guess may turn out to be right, but I'd have no problems with him making himself available for selection if he feels up to it and has the support of his family.

Whether he should be picked for this tour on pure playing factors is an entirely different question.
Ok maybe that should worded differently, I see no positive reason to merit bringing him on tour to offset the positive reasons for him being around the family. I understand he may feel he is up to it but I don't see what we gain from that and there is always the potential that something would come up too. I feel it's best for all parties involved if he simply isn't selected. I know when I lost a family member it didn't really hit me until some time later.

That would make no sense. If Care played for the Barbarians it would only be good for England to play against a quality scrum half. Though nothing Eddie Jones does ever makes sense.

I mean if he had a good game the calls for England to pick up would have been massive.

Kinda like when Ashton played v England for them a few years back.

Barbarians team is tasty

That pack especially
Kruis Skelton in the a pretty strong row. Thats going to be a tough team

Was hoping for some more English players to get a look for the ba bas but can't moan at that team at all.

He did look very good, especially on the carry/into traffic which is something our back 5 is lacking

Tbf id say alot of the England contenders did themselves any harm.

Freddie was Solid at the back after a pretty relentless kicking battle,

Mako and especially Billy looking strong but also with some good offloads

Earl didnt get the big breaks but looked like he had a good engine making alot of hits(though dont know numbers.

Faz and Malins? Want opinions here

Chessum was class at such a young age will get even better.

Right for Aus

Genge Blarmire IDK
Itoje Hill
Willis Billy(if Dombrandt is broken) Curry

Care Smith
Faz Marchant
IDK(not May or Nowell) Steward Freeman

George
Rodd(he's good)
IDK
Lawes
Underhill
Randall(i want Quirke back)
IDK
Arendall(hype train but we are missing real attacking threat)

All the I Don't Know's are because i just dont know with injuries and all players that havnt had a chance i dont even know who's worthy.

Really not bothered about watching these games now. Selection, tactics are just shocking and that's down to the arrogant ignorant coaches. Until they've gone I can't see much changing.
