I'd just like to post here a thread to say RIP to Donal Walsh. Irish posters will probably be aware of him but I'd encourage all others to maybe watch clip I post (maybe another Irish poster can upload full interview) only done a few short weeks ago and well look up if you can on this brave and inspirational young man who's life was tragically short.
He was a huge Munster fan but had messages from rugby players all around the world and I know special mention must go to Dan Carter for leaving him a personal messages but also Chris Ashton and Tommy Bowe for supposedly giving great messages and passing on items of support and positivity.

May he Rest In Peace and well his message of positivity is one that we can all use in life and at end of day rugby is just a game.

Wow. You'd never think that was a 16-year-old kid - very mature and well-spoken. And so very sad. May he rest well in peace, and may his words make at least one person rethink the value of their life, and embrace it instead of wasting it.

Thank you for posting this.

I read the peice he did for the Independent very thought provoking and inspiring.

R.I.P.

As I said BG8 he was an inspiration and articles like 1 you read ill try assemble but its just his strength and positivity despite knowing his end was near and how he wanted to reach out to young people who contemplate suicide especially but in a way everyone and teach life is precious is really touching

Funeral was today very moving and a huge turnout, good to see players carrying the coffin.

Was at it. Didn't know him personally but all of Munster Rugby attended and few carried the casket. Kerry footballers also had great representation but also will note Shane Jennings played a part in funeral today carrying gifts with Paul Galvin to altar
