A good experience for the team. Connacht will look for a famous win to hopefully get them back to the way they were at the beginning of the season. Samoa will want a win before facing Ireland at the lansdowne.

does anyone know where I can watch this online????

Particularly interested in how Willis and Griffin get on.

Apparently Ireland have released Muldoon to get some game time against with Connacht.

LETS GO MANU!!

Smash Barry lol, nah just joking but on a serious note I'd go with the Manu by 20.

Lot of names I don't recognise... ok, most of them... Sam, care to talk us through the team?

Can someone please post the game details?...

The fulltime score especially, thanks.

Will Samoa have most of their big players on Saturday. Like the players in England etc. Also I see Fiji playing next week in Wales so can anyone say is Nacewa or any of them in squad

Really looking forward to seeing Pesamino playing the 15man game,
Has lit it up in the world of 7s, and is joining Sale Sharks when this tours over :D

Two Sale players (Wame Lewaravu and Sisa Koyamaibole) have been called to the Fiji squad for this tour

Some names Ive just heard of this year and havent seen play and some I dont know. However the ones I do know are..

Pesamino, Otto, Lui and Mai are from the Samoan 7 aside team. Helleur, Sinoti and Lemalu played ITM cup this year in NZ. Leo and Vaaulu are Aussie boys. Polu (Waikato Chiefs), Paulo (Canterbury Crusaders), Levi (former Otago Highlander), Schwalger (former Wellington Hurricane) and Gavin Williams is the brother of Auckland Blues fullback Paul.

Thats all the players I know and have seen play, might have seen the others but cant remember them. The only time I get to see the Manu play is when they play the All Blacks otherwise I have to get Rugby channel to watch the Manus games.

Gavin Williams is the brother of Auckland Blues fullback Paul.
*Sale Sharks fullback :p

If Gavin has half the talen Paul does then he'll be a top top player,

Schwalger was with Sale as well, decent player

Yeah Pauls a good safe player who can now and then show some individual brilliance in attack.

Gavin Williams not bad at all in the center. Plays in Clermont with Lavea. Ti'i Paulo is having a good season in Clermont as well.
Pesamino at fullback, really? Bit concerned about his D. Where are Joe Tekori and George Stowers?

Leleimalefaga is really weak in the scrums, buthe's still young. Plays in Montpellier...

6-10 after 20 minutes, Samoa's 8 got the only try so far although Samoa came verrrrry close from a charge down. Great inside ball for their try. Very physical so far. Connacht come close on occasion.

16-17 at half time, there's a game on here. Connacht brought it to 9-10 with another penalty, personally feel the ref might be having a word there. Samoa's 14 set up some lovely position with a great run when returning, nearly bunded the Connacht 13 Griffin over his line, bit later the Samoa 7 spots a hole in the fringe defence and is on, 17-9. Connacht struck back more or less straight away with lovely hands down the backs, in particular Griffin's draw and give followed by Nathan's inside ball were good for Tuohy to score.

For me its the Connacht backs standing out, slightly harsh as there's plenty of other good players on the pitch - but Willis is a slippery little weasel, Monahan and Tuohy both look reasonably useful. Griffin in particular impresses me, he's only 20 but can tackle, has nice hands and a good step. Very useful player. Thought it in the JWC and think it now. Reckon Samoa will win this, but could be in for a scare.

Hope this helps Sam. Samoa's full-back has been counterattacking well for my money, and the forwards are going well but too quick for me to get numbers!
