Clermont Auvergne - Ulster (21/01/2012, 16:40)

For ****s sake, the team lifting the man also have a duty to not drop the man... why do all referees assume if the player is not supported back to ground it therefore means he was taken out. Unlucky Clermont

Comms bigging up the weight advantage of the Ulster pack but if the others are technically better scrummagers then youre gonna struggle.

The Clermont supporters are so passionate about their rugby... would hate to see them lose here this afternoon...

Ulster well ahead on possession and territory - and should be in front. One missed penalty and a cocked-up three-man overlap could yet cost them dear.

Clermont in the danger zone right now! Still 20 minutes to go though...

The wee man's on now cmac'll be happy. Why was Hines not binned? Unfortunate try there.

Only 4pts in it, though - going off of Clermonts discipline so far I wouldn't be surprised to see a couple of kickable penalties go Ulster's way

I'm adding this place to my "rugby grounds to visit" list. It sounds a awesome atmosphere

Cudmore on.... uh oh. Hines managed to tie down 3 players, quite an effort.

Can someone please ban Barnes from commentary he's driving me nuts.

Bit of composure there could have won this game.

Good match, intense and a very credible performance from Ulster today especially away from Ravenhill

But not really threw well most of the match. Hit his man mostly more Bonnaire is a brilliant jumper the last one was stupid though.

Maybe he just bottles it in pressure then - that last not straight was basically to the fullback.

Was a great performance by Ulster, came so so close - Can see them making the final though, regardless of their away game next round.

Most blatant obstruction for the Clermont try and Dave Pearson behaving like a petulant little child 'cause a player feels a bit wound up in the heat of the moment and tells him what he saw. Should have seen Sivivatu's obstruction in the 1st half as well!

Quality effort by Ulster though, with a bit more composure (or a better ref) they could have won that!
