The Chiefs have signed utility back Tom Marshall for two years.
Defending Investec Super Rugby Champions, the Chiefs have confirmed they have signed utility back Tom Marshall for two years.
Chiefs' coach Dave Rennie said "I had the pleasure of working with Tom in 2010. He is a quality man and a quality player and we are rapt to welcome him to the Chiefs family."
Twenty-three year old Marshall said "I was coached by Dave in the NZU20 side so I was keen to reunite with him. I am keen to push for more starting opportunities in my preferred position so the change was appealing, but I have really enjoyed my time at the Crusaders."
The 1.83m, 96kg utility back will move to Hamilton at the conclusion of his ITM Cup campaign with Tasman.
Marshall has played 40matches for the Crusaders, 26 for the Tasman ITM Cup side and was part of the winning 2010 Junior World Champion New Zealand U20 side.
Go Rennie, what a team will we have next season.
