Good close game, that
I'm sure the fans that shelled out over a grand and travelled halfway round the world really appreciated it

Coaching team needs a reshuffle, our attack is woeful - we've coasted by on our defence in the past but that alternates between good and shocking so can't rely on it

Tough time for them now. Hope they can survive drowning their sorrows with 2 pound pints and sunny warm weather on the beaches of Cape Town over the rest of the weekend.

We performed way better than anticipated. Backline gelled really well and were very strong on the offload game and counterattacks. Shaky in the scrums in the first half, but the second half was just one way traffic. Roche did well in his first start and generally the lineout has been feeling more stable with the current lock mix. Generally we feel like a much more rounded team when Fourie plays for us. We've had a poor season and with him back we are 3 from 3. Obviously our defense coaches will be delighted, but don't really think we needed to hold out too many phases before Sale would give away a knock on in our 22.

Du Preez brothers actually didn't stand out too much and Rob really did his team no favours with his blatant card and arguing it, then followed by JLDP (the Sale one) giving away a penalty for backchat.

Man. Looking at this Sharks starting team… they really should be doing so much better than they are.

Meanwhile Toulouse is stacked with internationals from all over the place. Has to be a strong team when Capuozzo can't start.

You look at the Sharks and they are a pretty stacked side but coaching has been an issue for a while.

Then you look at the Toulouse side and all of a sudden the Sharks look thin on paper.

What are you talking about we are not even doing that badly this year?

That kick from Kinghorn was crazy, a yard or two from being one of the best 50:22s of the year, but then the chase from DuPont as well

Ah, I forgot they had won their first game in the Champions Cup. Thought it was two losses.

With all their depth and big names, they should have two more wins than what they currently have in the URC. Should have beaten us and should be getting the win against Connacht.

They're definitely not doing badly, don't get me wrong. But they should be comfortably the best SA team.

Edit: And they've had this squad depth for a while. It's the fourth URC and last year was a terrible experience for them, despite their player depth. Stormer is right about there being a coaching issue.

Welcome to humid Durban Toulouse , Sharks have been trying to play a running game for years but this city does not want you to play a running game.

Edit: Especially in Summer
