What was the red for? Missed the second half for a curry
Obano picked up a second yellow from a scrum penWhat was the red for? Missed the second half for a curry
Collapsing scrum…..What was the red for? Missed the second half for a curry
Ref bottled telling Leinster tough luck not my fault your kick was **** I'd called advantage over, doesn't bottle a soft as f*** red though, of course Leinster fans will never concede they get any kind of bias or favour, refs are completely impartial and never given them the tub of the green, it's in everyone else's head….Bath left a player on a yellow card and with a yellow warning on the pitch. But the ref is the stupid one.
We'd love Byrne at Chiefs! Play fairFFS.... We'd have knocked b*th out and put pressure on Benetton because they'd be more worried about bonus points and not be inclined to kick penalties as much as they did (which won them the match but no TBP)
Table after match had we ended the game a draw would have been
1. Leinster
2. La Rochelle
3. Clermont
4. Bristol (8 points)
------
5. B*th (7 points)
6. Treviso (7 points)
So that or this as the matches played out;
1. Leinster
2. La Rochelle
3. Treviso
4. Clermont
------
5. Bristol (qualified for challenge cup)
------
6. B*th (out)
...
I love what Pat has done overall but surely that was a massive error to not get the message on to end the game with a draw.
Bristol down to 14 v 15 with captain off pitch, another player getting a lot of treatment so there was time and worry, just got off the back of a 5 minute, intense defensive set and line out had been poor all game. Why go for line out and win when 8 table points would have been enough!
So frustrated. Not with the players though who gave everything. Can we keep Byrne on a longer contract please? Love him already.
Arguably the 13 ran into the defender and obstructed his ability to tackle the ball carrier…Arguably 13 was running past the defender and there was a collision because the defender bought the dummy line and tried to tackle him...
He ran at his shoulder, had Huw Jones not stuck his arm out and tried to tackle him, there wouldn't have even been contact.Arguably the 13 ran into the defender and obstructed his ability to tackle the ball carrier…
Well not everyone's. But yours yes.Ref bottled telling Leinster tough luck not my fault your kick was **** I'd called advantage over, doesn't bottle a soft as f*** red though, of course Leinster fans will never concede they get any kind of bias or favour, refs are completely impartial and never given them the tub of the green, it's in everyone else's head….
Edit: commentators are clearly a bit stupid as well they all seem to pretty much agree it was an unjustified red…
It was a curse. Think the loss was made on a completely dysfunctional lineout. That and the lack of defending at certain points in the game. Jantjies had a good game off the bench. Think we subbed off the wrong lock. Not seeing the value add of Moerat at the moment tbh.Upside of my flight back to London being delayed to morning is I actually get to watch the Stormers game. Either a blessing or a curse.
