Wooohoo no Parks :) Although it's a pitty that he's injured, as we've now gotta hope to god that Sweeney doesn't pick up an injury in this game as I can't see a straightworward replacement. My best guess would be that Blair would have to do a job (or maybe Laulala).

I think this is a very winnable game for the Blues, but they're have to pick up their game massively from last weeks dismal showing. Great to see that Gethin Jenkins recovered from the knock he sustained last week. Wanna see a big game from Warberton, he's gotta take opportunities when they arrise.

Agreed. Shame they lost Flanagan to the Ospreys. Perhaps they could sign SNK on a short term loan...

Final score Castres 27-20 Cardiff Blues.
Last minute try from Scott Andrews to secure a bonus point.
Pool 1 looks like it could be a close one.

Not a bad comeback by the Blues!
Only saw the score at halftime, but wasn't it 20 - 6 to Castres?

So does this mean that Castres were actually quite good last week and Saints weren't ****, or that Cardiff are equally appalling?

A little disapointed that the Blues didn't play well again. However, they picked up a bonus point when they really shouldn't have. Similar to last week, they've got what they needed without playing well atall. Munster have shown in the past that this can be a sign of a good team if you can put it right when it comes to the crunch end of the pools.

The Blues have now got a little time to improve their game before returning to the HC.

Really good game by Castre, enjoyed every minute of it.
I did expect a bit more from Cardif

From the highlights on S4C, it appeared Warburton had a great game. He seemed to be everywhere and carried the ball well. Was this true, or was he just lucky to have all his good moments shown during the highlights?

There was a spambot above him (something about 22yr old californian french girl or something) - i got rid of the bot but Cyril must've been typing that as I got rid :p
