Can anyone tell me how to stop receiving constant emails from this site?

My Inbox is now nothing but Rugby forum emails. How do you change settings to disable all emails form this site?

Settings > general settings > don't subscribe to threads (which is on a drop down)

Also, on the settings page unsubscribe yourself from your current threads.

Can you subscribe for just replies to your own threads/posts?
