If you could can a player from your team for the greater good who would it be. For example for the Ospreys, Saracens, Toulon, London Welsh, Cardiff and now bath it would be Gavin Henson standard!!!! Let's really go for it.

Why Henson?
He's been very good for Bath, and was for Welsh aswell?

Henry Thomas.

There isn't anyone at the Hurricanes who I can't stand - the players that are pretty average generally aren't starters anyway.

For the All Blacks though I wouldn't complain at all to see Israel Dagg dropped for a season as he's generally been pretty woeful for a while. Other than that maybe only TKB - as most of the time he has been terrible for the ABs (though looked good in his last two matches) as I'd prefer TJP - or Liam Messam as I prefer Kaino and Luatua (on potential). But to be honest even the players I'd drop I can live with as I can see why they are selected. Last season it wouldn have been Tusi Pisi for the Canes'.

Angus Roberts from the Rebels.

Has made several fumbles/blunders/poor decision making under pressure, at least one leading to a yellow card each time he's been on the field.
Kicking lacks penetration for super rugby standards. struggles to get out of the Rebels half from inside the 22 and a 40 metre place kick fell short. should be stock standard for this level of rugby, i've seen club players capable of this.

McGahan is keeping him on the bench though as he can cover any position in the backline, but he's now only being used to cover injuries by the look of it.

For WP/Stormers it used to be Ricky Januarie. Now.. there isn't really a 1st choice that I'd drop per se but I'd love to be able to tell the head coach to take a hike. Would that count?

For SA I don't want to see Ruan Pienaar anywhere near a green jersey.

Surely even though that Henson has upped his form and is performing well his off the field antics have a negative effect. The incident with Carl Ferns for example I agree Carl Ferns shouldn't have done it but you have to question what led up to the punch! From rumours at previous clubs he didn't buy into the team and brotherhood mentality. So for me Henson is a ticking time bomb. Definitely agrees out Henry Thomas one of the most over rated players.

for edinburgh its ross ford and should be dropped from the scotland squad

Can I can a coach? Will make my decision easier...

I'd have Henson back in a heartbeat.

I feel, actually, at the moment the Ospreys have a squad without many terrible or unlikeable players. We're a side of slightly-above-average individuals with Alun Wyn Jones and Dan Biggar floating about in the mud. We haven't really got anyone awful, as we have had in the past or seemingly every other club seems to have in order to make up the numbers (n.b. I like Webb, Spratt & Fussell).

Jordan Turner-Hall. A crash ball 12 who can't even defend properly. Was good about three seasons ago but since then has either been injured or rubbish. What I'd give to swap him for a Sam Hill or Antony Allen type centre!

For England, got to be Ashton.
