Hi I came here to ask for help from I guess a more knowledge other.
i am 17 year old and around 14.5 stone and 6,3.5
I am aspiring to get into higher level of rugby which would be eastern counties and uni but I don't really know if I should bulk or cut because in my team atm I play a lot of positions because my athleticism allows me to change my game plan.
also I know I need to increase my technical ability to compliment my Physicality and I don't really want my body fat going up soo I'm hesitant to bulk but I'm open to any advice.
