Brive v Munster

Cracking game that!
Thought Brive were going to sneak it at the end

Think Munster are going to get F'ed by Quins if they don't learn how to tackle though!
agreed munster are playing like they dont want to be in this comp

what was the score lost connection to vetle after 60 mins

Probably a good job POC wasn't playing then, gingers don't fair to well in the sun/heat :p

That was so much fun - I don't know if it was the Sausage sandwhich, the Coca Cola or tthe match that gopt rid of my rather vicious hangover but I'm on great form now.

I don't think they looked disinterested, they just looked dead on their feat after 55 minutes.

I was cheering for Brive to get back in the match towards the end just to keep it enjoyable. Their tackling will get back upto standard again for the Quins match, I have no doubt about that and I must say....Earls is freaking awesome, Jones also very impressive and Howlett is on the best form since he arrived.

Hopwfully the standard of entertainment stays high for the rest of the weekend! Oh yeah, and when will Mafi learn?

Lads I think ye are missing the point.
Munster played at a high tempo throughout the game and add in fact it was in the 30s heatwise of course bodies were burning and weak.
Munsters defense will be better at home and well we will be back at home in Thomond Park so that will be factor too.
Also have to say Earls is really turning in to a world class wing and I seen Declan Kidney in stands there today and wonder is Felix Jones still a possible bolter for World Cup

I thought that Quins got the home semi?

Agree on Earls, looked superb today - Felix Jones had another great game too - should definitely be considered for Ireland

No game fixed from what I hear in France - Munster vs Quins @ Thomond Park, Saturday April 30th, 1pm.

Great game that could have good either way. Credit to Brive for coming back after the worst possible start. They very slick in the backs and their back row was impressive. Munster won that because their back three were so dangerous. Jones has got back into things brilliantly after his injury and he is solid under the high ball, has a big boot, can tackle and is very sharp. Earls is so quick an has an eye for the gap which he can so effectively accelerate through. Howlett is a predator and virtually never makes a mistake.

Lads Jones is getting alot of credit (and deservedly so) but big mention must be said of that catch he made in last few minutes under pressure. That was a game defining moment as any spill would've resulted in a try
