Please, help me to buy a book that contains the rules of rugby game in use for 2011 World Cup. I am asking this because I am new to this sport.

As for specific books, I've never read one, however I'm sure there's plenty on Amazon to choose from (I know that there's a "Rugby For Dummies" book in existence, for example)
