Best & Worst World Cup So Far

1995 and 2011 are the best for me. The atmosphere in NZ was just insanely good. Locals getting in on it and not just for the All Blacks. Each Suburb in Auckland adopting a team; it was brilliant.

9.5/10 rating by NZRU co-operating with the local regions and towns. Plus, the games were awesome in atmosphere on and off the field; and cherry on top with the ABs winning.

2011 I thought was the most competitive World Cup to date, the only downside was there wasn't what I'd call an overall star of the tournement.

1991 - I remember other than a few memorable games (ab/aus semi) most of the games were dull, drab affairs, I was only 8 though.
1995 - A great world cup, Lomu coming onto the scene, SA back in it
1999 - Again some great games, Fr vs Abs, but the final was dull
2003 - probs my favourite, epic final
2007 - fra vs abs was great and good to see Fiji beat Wales & Argies make the semi, but not a great World Cup
2011 - close to my favourite, a lot of very good games, especially from the minnows. Games like Scot vs Romania & Ire vs USA were actually great to watch! And who can forget Fra vs Tonga. It's a shame Aus lost to Ire because it ensured a NH team made the final & I really don't think Fra were worthy finals contenders.
