Injured, I am informed. Along with plenty of other Tigers.

As it always seems to be at the start of a season. No lock or fly half cover on the bench. :/

I do actually think we might lose this, now.

36 to cover flyhalf and Mafi to cover lock then I presume

Never great to have to reshuffle the side rather than just bring a player off the bench though

Right, time to re-sub to Premiership TV, so I can watch some of this!

Wow, hats off to Exeter! I know several had an inkling that they could do a job, but to actually do it like that, that's fantasic, well done to them! Tigers should bounce back easily enough from this, though.

Even though I had the result spoiled this morning, I was on the edge of my metaphorical seat watching that. Nothing obviously bad, except for the blunder that led to the first try. Exeter were just better.

Waldrom for England #10! :p

Couple of questions. How did Ford get on at 10? And how did Tait play any glimps off his old form? And who were the standout players?

Ford was thrown around like a rag-doll when he came into contact, passed and kicked okay, but missed two drop goals to win the match (got one in the first half). Tait was a late withdrawal, replaced by Morris, who was very quick, beating defenders to score from Waldrom's chips.

I can't think of any standout players.
