Aviva Premiership Final 2015 Bath V Saracens

Yeh the forwards seemed to up the intensity . Unless sarries took their foot off the pedal thinking they could defend the lead they already had ?

I think it was shown that we were happy to defend the lead by Farrell kicking into the centre of the Bath 22. Happy to defend in their half as opposed to build from a set piece.

How can anyone support an organisation that considers this song to be a positive contribution to human culture?

Webber cannot throw and I don't know why Ford Snr seems to think James is worthy of starting ahead of Auterac, the guy is worse in every aspect of the game and is buggering off next year as well. What does Ford see in him?

Probably experience ?

You're being unkind to PJ there I think, I'm far from his biggest fan, but he's performed well for us on the whole.

I agree early season but as it's gone on he's been noticeably worse while Auterac a has simply looked better in every way.

PJ gets penalised on a regular basis at scrum time therefore despite his other attributes he is often a liability.

Deserved win. Bath first 40 was shocking.

Burgess and Attwood played well, but other than that the forward pack looked clueless most of the time.

I suppose it shouldn't be that much of a suprise, though, given that I didn't really expect us to make the final at the beginning of the season anyway.
The result showed why, the team hasn't been together long enough to not have a bit of a hiccup in a game like this.

From a Saracens fan, just like to congratulate Bath on the season and playing some of the best fluid rugby I've seen in the Premiership for a little while. Also credit for digging in in the second half and outscoring Saracens.

Having said that, so glad the boys managed to pull off a win. The nearly-men tag was getting alarmingly close, but belief in the style of rugby and the wolfpack mentality has shown it's ability. Big night ahead for them!

Though SB had a good game.

Don't think Attwood or Burgess could really have been expected to any more than they did given the lack of shape when Bath had the ball.

Should mention Leroy too...

I guess, wasn't them at their most suffocating though... felt it was as much down to them not coping under the pressure as it was Sarries forcing it.

We've been shut down by them before, and it wasn't the same as what happened today.

From a neutral point of view I'm glad sarries won for no other reason than to shut the idiots on BT sport ip
