Australia Vs Barbarians Wallabies side named

This game is live on Sky Sports at 10am (or 10:30am...) on Saturday.

Aussies to win, unless Quade Cooper comes on early, in which case it'll be the Baa Baa's by a trillion.

its live in nz on sky sport 2 from 9:30pm. baa baa's have a pretty good team but one would think the wallabies should be able to take this one out if they play anywhere near to their best

His hit on SBW was absolutely immense, which is what really separated the sides tonight. Wallabies were playing with test intensity despite lacking cohesion, the Barbarians were out for a casual stroll.

I agree there was no real intensity in the Barbarians but they didn't really have the ball for extended periods so they were pretty much always on the back foot throughout the game.

Australia were good, the Giteau/Barnes kicking axis is going to seriously frustrate opposition, no team has the kicking options Australia do. Barnes and Gateau's kicking as well as poor refereeing killed the Barbarians intensity when they tried to build phases. Australia scored two tries with clear knock ons in the build up too.

James O'Connor is going to be a huge star, and Mortlock still has it. Horwill may be one of the best locks in world rugby too.

Australia owned the Barbarians - though to be fair to them the Barbarians had no ball to play with. Mortlock was fantastic, as was Mitchell. IMO Sonny Bill looked solid in the mid-field. If he had gotten more front-foot ball he could have made more breaks, as he must be one of the best off-loaders in the game. McAlister, IMO, is not an international fly-half, he just didn't look right playing there - was more at home when he moved into inside center. Matt Giteau is the best fly-half in the world, he just ooozzzeeeesss class and those two dummy switches was delightful :D Also James O'Connor another fine performance for the young lad, still can't believe he is younger than me and playing for Australia.

James O'Connor was nothing special when I played him in 2007, yet he still managed to win the game for Nudgee with a conversion in extra time, but I was off the field by that point.

Also the number 20 for the Barbarians should be banned from Rugby Union, two high tackles and both times he ended it with a twist that looked like he was trying to break the players neck, dirty f***ing player.

Marshall was fairly disgraceful trying to rip off Brown's head...

But it was hilarious when Dickinson had to lecture him about the breakdown laws...

The twist he did at the end was the worst bit, sure trying to unscrew someones head isn't nice but then violently trying to break it is worse.

Not meaning to name drop or anything right? ;)

O'Connor has bulked up since I played him but he's still not that big, he just has good tactical awareness, just hope that he doesn't burn out like a lot of young stars do.

He is at the mighty Force, not much chance of that, we create stars, not break them. ;)

He is the most capped All Black of all time you know, his name is Justin Marshall, ring a bell? ;) But I agree with you, Head lock wrestling style only more violent.

Ah well, not our fault some of the players that came here and left were money grabbing whores. ;)
