Anyone played "Rugby World" boardgame?

This may be a shot in the dark but has anyone played this rugby boardgame? It seems pretty rare and even those who bought have nothing to say about it. Thanks!

I do not know that game, but as years long user of Boardgamegeek, 6.29 is a pretty average rating and I would not expect too much of that game.
But I would give it a try if I could get hands on it.
