Anyone Doing Stadium modifications?

Many stadiums that where in RC2 havent made it into this years RC3 so would anyone be able to possibly replace some stadiums in RC3 with ones that where in RC2? e.g 'the aviva stadium' would replace whatever irelands home stadium is in RC3

Plus,

If anyone knows how to actually alter a stadiums appearance to make it more authentic I would greatly appreciate a tutorial on what you need /how to edit stadiums.. thanks guys

All the RC2 stadiums, including the 5 hidden French ones, are all in the Vanilla Mod.
