Amlin Challenge Cup 2013/14 Round 4

Good to hear but is not a real surprise looking at their league and Pool positions.....but sets up the January deciding match really wel and would make it worth playing for if BO were not in so much s.... which will be surely worse by thenl!!

I didn't expect them to travel well/target the game, but I am surprised at the halftime scoreline.
Very happy with the BP, though - as you say, Sale vs Biarritz will be one to watch :D

53 - 14 fulltime.
Two tries for Oyonnax - one a breakaway by their winger/fullback (together) and the other from a scrum (but Buckley was on at that time so it's to be expected :p)
Can't argue with 7 tries, though - looking forward to the highlights.
Apparently Cipriani was outstanding - got two, maybe three, tries, and had a hand in several more.

Great score and guess that you puts you ahead on points difference?!!

As a supporter, I am delighted to hear of the continuing Cipriani rebirth...........did you see BT Sports poll on the England 10.............overwhelmingly in favour of Cips!!

Oh great, Olyy will be sporting a Cipriani half chub for the next few weeks now.

Pffft, had one going since his performance vs Ireland however many years ago.

This season i've gone from 6 (8/9, if half?) to 12, though. He's the best.

That was five years ago, you might want to see a doctor.
We need an official Olyy Chub Scale to keep track of Cippers performances.

*watching Sale*
"and that's another turnover effected by Dave Seymour"

He's like ashton....except might trouble defences just because he looks intimidating.

Meh, I don't really get the hate for the Bananaman.

Definitely don't want him playing for England, but he's a good-sometimes-very-good club winger and a very nice guy by all accounts.

yeah heard Banahan got FOUR...I know it's some crappy Italian team, but still...couldn't have England benefited from his services all this time, at least for a few selections, see what he's like again in a white jersey ??....
I know, I know, I know we've talked about him and all, and he's got inconsistencies but he's got a monster fend, and he's a 115kg mobile wing !...
Seems like a shame in spite of the criticism even...let alone it's been Chris Ashton in his potential stead this whole time, not even a really solid choice, in which case I'd still be interested in seeing Banahan play in white n red a bit.
If you've got power on the wing, you seriously don't need too much footwork, you've got 115kg to finish off the remaining 10 meters to run, and it's a sure thing as I've seen myself with Banahan. Except for that vid someone posted with Shane Williams stopping him one-on-one..

He's club only ppl say, but when's the last time he played for England ??..2011 RWC ?...he's barely played a couple of years for England..

NO.

Bloody hell, how many times do we have to go over it - Banahan is a good-to-slightly-better-than-good club level winger.
He was terrible internationally - and he was on as good form, if not better, for Bath when he got his 16(!!!) caps. You talk about his "power" on the wing, yet that disappeared as soon as he put on the white shirt - Shane Williams (who weighs less than one of Banahan's legs) stopped him from scoring a try from a few metres out.
The experiment didn't work - can we not move on?

yeh ok fine...you'd take Ashton over him then, clearly ?
10 out of 10 times ?

Why not stick Courtney Lawes on the wing..............he would be better than most of Lancaster's picks....he is fast and he can tackle!!!
