2nd test - Australia v British & Irish Lions

Will Ringrose even make it to test 3, especially with the concussion symptoms. Not worth the risk.

Hopefully he makes it. He did play 65 mins against FNP after his initial concussion but then didn't feel right on the captain's run this week. Not sure if it was a new head knock or symptoms resurfacing from the initial one.

Can see Farrell keeping the key players like Sheehan, Itoje, Russell in the team but giving caps to those who haven't featured yet. Curry needs a rest - his wrist must be ******.

This Lions team would not win against New Zealand or South Africa. One of the weakest Lions teams imo. Of course if they win 3-0 you'll get some numpties saying best Lions teams ever! Obviously not taking into account the quality of the opposition. At least Australia made it somewhat of a fight this match. But they will probably get spanked next match in a dead rubber game.

Lions is special because it’s the best of British and Irish. Once this tour is over then they can go back to being rivals. Beating Australia on their patch is no mean feat and yes they are the weakest of the RC now. But Lions teams don’t usually win test series, so I’ll take any win even if it is against a Wallaby team lacking in depth.

Did someone show a stat showing they've won 66% of tours to Oz?

Oz always the little rugby brother to NZ and SA

Sorry the team 4 years ago was shocking and the one before that wasnt as good as it could of been.

I think this is the rare occasion where it feels and looks like a more cohesive team if Im honest.

But Im also probably hugely biased because I despise the style of rugby Gatlands teams play.

No offence to Aki but you'll get a lot more out of Jones if he has Sione and his superior distribution and vision inside him. I'd still play Tui and Ringrose if both are fit. It's not a drop off from Aki & Jones and is arguably a better combo IMO.

I'd keep Morgan in the side, but I like it

If Chessum is out I'd be tempted to move Beirne into the row and go Morgan/Curry

If they don't want to do that then I'd want to start Cummings and keep Ryan coming off the bench

I also would have George in the 16 shirt

Also also would have Kinghorn at 11 and keep Keenan at 15
If Ringrose starts then Jones on the bench, if Jones starts then Ringrose on the bench, if Ringrose unavailable then Osborne on the bench

I'd be very tempted to leave Curry out of the squad, not because he deserves to be dropped, I just think he could really do with a rest and give himself a bit of extra time to repair himself.
