2nd row training

I've just made the move from prop to 2nd row and I was wondering if anyone had any fitness tips for locks as I would like to improve my strength, speed, stamina and agility even more (just so you know I'm 14). I have about 2000lbs of weights to use in my shed and most of the equipment, so I can probably do most things or variations.
