[2022 Six Nations] Wales vs France (11/03/22)

France needs to stop panicking. There success comes from sticking to their plan. Moments of flash 40m out create risky situations 20m out. Do the creative passes in try scoring areas instead of midfield. Wales has only really looked promising when France has screwed up.

Wales have definitely put France under some pressure and taken their opportunities, but France should still win if they calm down and stick to their plan.

The old saying 'red and green must not be seen' appears to have evaded the Welsh kit makers. Its not a good look. However, Allez les Pays de Galles!

Looked like one of the Welsh players threw a punch in that ruck there?

EDIT, nope

Probably jinx it now, but Wales don't look like scoring unless it's from a turnover or French mistake. When they are in control they look pretty toothless.

Think that's fair considering I don't think the lineout was remotely straight.

Optimistic trying a maul against a superior pack. I quite like that they tried it though for variety. Desperately need to get the scoreboard ticking to get French knees knocking.

Based on France's difficulties in the kicking battle there is a definite argument to start Ford next week.

Nice of Jiffy to be optimistic about backs play after a scrum.

Biggar giving everything for Wales tonight just feel the forwards are fighting a massive battle. Hope they can last the 80.

It does seem Wales are missing a leader of the pack like AWJ. There isn't much chat going on during breaks in play, or rallying of the troops. Or maybe I'm reading too much into it.

But Falutau is a best amongst men according to the commentary.

Aldritt definitely stuck a tenner on Wales pre-game

I know they say he had the sniffles during the week but he's been real dumb
