[2017 RBS Six Nations] Round 4: Wales v Ireland (11/02/2017)

Hang on, Wales cause 4 penalties in there 22mm two which could have been try scoring opportunities.

But Ireland have one and get a straight yellow?

Ref not at all giving the home team the rub of the green.

It's on the try line. If they recycle it's a try. No conspiracy here!

It's not just Paulie though the chemistry of the whole lot is perfect.

On his book it's good as it's different to most it's like he hated rugby

Excellent game so far. North and all of Wales have turned up for this one. Fair play when there is nothing but pride to play for.

Could have is the highlight of your comment. Wales would have scored a try without Sexton's intervention. Great tackle, but in holding on one sec too long saved the try. Took a hit for the team.

Ref has been superb.

TBF JD had mounted Sexton and was holding the ball into him, and pinning him.

If Barnes thought he wasn't rolling then it's a card, but he was being held and Barnes saw it the other way round.

To be fair it was because Sextons 1 is seen as more cynical. But as you say 2 could've been seen as try opportunities but he deemed they weren't which is fair enough

Good game so far. Webb is having a stormer, everything good is revolving around him. Conversely Biggar is having a shocker in attack. The try bypassed him entirely, and he's just throwing passes into Irish hands. Done some good defensive work, but he's a 10 not a blindside!

We still look lost in attack outside of set piece plays, and I put a lot of that on Biggar. Compare him to sexton, and everything revolves around him in attack, be it getting the ball wide, or varying play with an inside pass or a little kick. This is the biggest reason I want Sam Davies, he's shown for the Ospreys that he can do similar and control attacking play.

On this. Webb has produced magic but equally has been involved in everything bad about Wales too
