Rest in Peace, Force.
Honestly I'm not so sure, Sharks resting some key players and they have looked anything but convincing up until now, don't let last weeks game fool you, the conditions suited the Sharks much better than the chiefs.
Sharks should take it though.

Honestly the Sharks still have a top side. On paper, excited to see Esterhuizen though he was an interesting CC prospect. I wish the Sharks would play more positively, I have to imagine it's just a coaching decision and it begs the question why they would swap Jake White for the similarly minded Gary Gold, unless they considered last season a success and were looking for more of the same.

Interesting that F.Steyn isn't bracketed with someone else, as the appeal against him, is still to be heard

Where in the world is Tim Swiel? I was under the impression he is back with the Sharks.

Wasn't Steyn found not guilty and the red card wiped? (ah, just seen SANZAR have appealed)

Yep, but SANZAR didn't like it's own decision, so they appealed it! The appeal was due to be heard on Friday by video line, but it's apparently been postponed, so Steyn is free to play this match, but could be out next week, depending on how the appeal goes.

... pretty strange huh :)
