He had to be rested last week because of the agreement the Bulls had with SARU and the Springbok players.

My guess why he and Victor didn't play yesterday, was to not be risked with the Bulls already out of contention of making the playoffs.

I think it was just a matter of giving JLP a send-off as he, Flip, Hougie, Jacques Du Plessis and Stegmann are ending their careers at the Bulls.

I'm just glad that Frans Ludeke has stepped down as coach now.

I have a question please can you let me know if the Bulls would have ended up above the Lions if they won with a bonus point on Saturday, and why

If the Bulls won they would've gotten 4 points, so they would have had the same amount of points as the Lions but would've been higher because of points differencial. If they scored a bonus point try along with the win they would've had one more point than the Lions so the points differencial wouldn't have mattered.
