Not a great start for the Highlanders.

Down 17-0 inside the first quarter. The Brumbies are a very dangerous team - I wouldn't want to have to play them in the finals.

Lima, your throwing your AB aspirations down the drain bro. Theres nothing wrong with the passes he's getting so he aint really got any excuses the Brumbies are going to live offside for as long as they can get away with it and the defence will continue to run up quick as long as he keeps dropping the ball and not making them second guess.

Second half was atleast a large improvement by the HL not that it was difficult to improve on that first half....

If they can get within 7 I'll be an optimist and call it a great result.

Really? I've never gotten that impression of him.

He's obviously fairly liberal, but I haven't seen anything to indicate he's self righteous...

I actually get a whiff of that about Pocock aswell. I cant stand him personally but I respect that when he's on form he's probably the best pilferer in the world... But I also think he's a one or two trick poney and he can actually be played out of the game if you dont let him play his style.

Thats two NZ sides in a row though that have just bungled into his sweet spot.

NZ sides are made for this guy though as NZ players are far more likely to get isolated due to the way we play.

Surely this can only be based on two things. His protesting of a coal mine, and asking a referee to stop homophobic slurs on the field.

Back on point...think Lima was reading his own press

Pulled the front row before half time...had the desired result but think they just didn't have the legs in the final quarter...pretty simple, I think some of these guys thought it was their chance to step up but just ended up trying to do it all on their own...
