Italy's tactics are shock tactics. They work when the opposition don't know how to counter it. Once the tactics have been worked out, they are very easily dismantled. That's why World Rugby don't really need to do anything about this.

Eh. I'd still like it changed. A game of mauls and pick and gos is boring. You can get around the tactic but it still makes the game a bit crap. Set the offside line when the attacking team has a player over, I don't think this improves the game.

Which halfwit is it on the commentators saying "I don't know why we've brought Care off?"
