Jonathan Humphreys puzzled by Ospreys' poor form

I think Mr Humphreys and everyone else in Ospreylia are puzzled with recent form (and the whole season in general). Personally i think theres too many players trying to call the shots. Some individuals care more about the money in the bank rather than who the opposition are. The whole "stepping stone" theory is very true. Too much focus on the internationals and pay cheques.

I agree. The top European teams are all so successful because they have players that will do anything to win for their club and team mates. Look at Munster, I bet most of their players would rather win the H-cup than the six nations. They have so much pride and except nothing but winning. They have now built one the most passionate support bases in the world of rugby.

The same can be said about Leicester and Toulose.

Leinster are proving so successful because once they felt success they needed more and now they have so many players coming through who want to achieve success at club level.

The Ospreys never seemed to want to build on success. They seemed pretty happy about winning the ML last year and now they seemed to have relaxed and the players only care about themselves.
