No, initially there is an arm in the way and then bodies get in the way. I don't think you can 100% say it was held up. Probably was, but the rules say there has to be clear evidence. Hard to tell again. Could have been pushed by other players. My understanding is double movement comes from the same player moving himself not being moved by others.
