True it's not complicated here when a judge says someone raped someone, it means they are a rapist. Only in America can a judge says your a rapist when they aren't. I was wrong and you are right your justice system is complicated and bad.

The operative word is convicted, he was found liable for not only sexual assault but also for deformation.
