The biggest difference between the Six Nations and the Tri nations, and the reason the Tri Nations have won most world cups, is because once a side gets 7-10 points ahead in the six nations, its game over. In the Tri-Nations, sides can be 30 points ahead and it's not game over. I really think it's as simple as that.
