[QUOTE="Thingimubob, post: 464651, member: 20956"] In all fairness it Joubert decisions did seem to lean towards New Zealand, though wouldnt say he was biased, seemed more like he was simply too scared to make any decisions! Let a couple NZ high shots and such go. Worst bit for me was a bit towards the end of the match where France had the ball for 15 or so phases just inside the all blacks half, Joubert let NZ get away with murder when it came to players rolling away, but also didn't bat an eyelid as the French dived off their feet to secure the ball. A decision either way could've won the game (or given the chance to anyway) for one team or the other, just Joubert didn't have the balls to make any decision at all. Personally I think it's been a brilliant World Cup, thought NZ did a fantastic job of hosting it and the tournament was a great success. Personally I think the rugby played was far more entertaining than from 2007 (bit of a kickfest) especially with more minnows giving the 'established' nations a run for their money. Cant say that the refereeing has been anywhere near perfect, but in all fairness it never seems to be. As a Welsh fan I cant help but be a bit bitter about a couple of decisions that went against us, but that certainly hasn't ruined the tournament for me at all, as it has with some other countries supporters by the looks of it.
