It's too big. 2 minutes out of 14 is more than 10 out of 80 and having a player less in sevens is a monumental advantage. </p><p>In 15s two evenly teams can probably find a way to manage or minimize the impact of a player less. In sevens you've got nowhere to hide. A reasonable team will transform the extra man into a 2 on 1 situation most of the times.</p></blockquote><p></p>
