I think players felt they wee being treated a bit harshly. There have long been rumours that they are just pushed too hard in training too so when they come to games they haven't got enough in the tank.

There's apparently also frustration that the gameplan and general approach is just a bit out of date, not to mention the omissions such as Max Llewelyn and an experienced fly-half. The gossip I've heard is that players who were questioning things are getting chopped.
