Toulouse have announced that Fijian winger Rupeni Caucaunibuca will remain at the Top 14 club next term.

The 30-year-old, who will not play at this year's World Cup in New Zealand.

1. Damn, wish he was in the RWC thig year.
2. Good he's staying on for Toulouse.

Aye was disappointed he was not going to the RWC, hopefully he may lose a little bit more weight in the off season, has done since joining Toulouse.

he's still obese though,

Caucau, and Delasau are unavailable for the World Cup now, so who will be the Fiji wingers? Nalaga and Ratuvou maybe?

I don't think Caucau has the respect of all his team mates, he signed for Racing-Métro in 2008, Sireli Bobo went to travel from Fiji to France with him but Caucau didn't turn up, Bobo said "I waited for him at Nadi airport [in Fiji] but he was nowhere to be seen. I personally sent him money, but he refused to appear. It is a disgrace to all Fijian players."

Scary thing is if he has a good preseason with Toulouse and buys in to Toulouses ways 100% he can be 1 of best wingers in world or even 13 even at his age.

Considering the size of him he's blood rapid, and fairly agile too
Mad!

Obese yes has he lost weight? Yes. Has his attitude changed, who knows but if he is starting to lose weight then something is changing.

With the Bobo thing, Metro bought Cacau on two occasions tickets from Fiji to France for trials. He also turned up late or not at all for trials with the Leicester Tigers. Cacau was still with Agen and got sacked after he eventually returned because he was no longer trusted by the club and his team-mates and piled the weight on.

He's like the boulder from Indiana Jones, would you want it rolling after you?

I think Nagusa will be one of the fijian wingers.

Caucau, if he stays in france this summer and has a real pre-season, he will be scary next year.

The whole bacline will be, actually.

From a fan standpoint, will be very dissapointing not to see him again on the World Cup stage. This is probably his last chance to shine at a world cup and it would be a waste not to see his talents on showcase. But from a Samoan Supporter standpoint, Id be very happy to see him not on the opposite line-up come their clash sep 25th.
