You picked Ducalcon ahead of Jgenti, you must need reminding of what happened when Montpellier's scrum met Castres scrum !



Kakovin has been immense for Brive this season, Toulouse aren't buying him out of his contract for no reason

Fritz did well when I've seen him play, no other standout 13's to be honest this season I can think of, Rougerie has lost form since the World Cup somewhat

Kayser was disappointing after returning to France, was just second choice with Stade Français and Castres, but at Clermont for some reason he has got his form back and just at the right time for a French point of view as Servat is retiring

Mieres played better than Contepomi the other day in a head to head, but then missed the crucial kicks at the end

... mind you should like him as he has a great distributing pass and also made some good breaks as well in attack

I would go with Hernández and probably Rodríguez, although I still have doubts about him tackling against Nonu and Fourie

Mieres suffers from his look. He is thin and not muscular. He´s goingto be a Puma this year for sure.

Hard luck to Santi Fernández but I agree he is not going to start at 10 or 12 this year. Contepomi told scrum that he is putting the team first and won´t play if not needed. So, really, I don´t know if he will play at all. Fernández on the bench could well happen as he has played a lot at 13 during his time.

For me it's basically the French starting XV with a couple of exceptional internationals (such as Parisse and Ngwenya) thrown in.

I guess the only point I´d make is Hook at 13 since he´s only been used by Perpignan at 10. Gorgodze works at 5 as he has been used there a little by Montpellier this season.

I´d like to see a dream match organized of Top 14 vs Aviva Premiership or Rabo Direct Pro 12.

It could be the epic non-international game.
