I've a feeling that South Africa could be Top14 champions this season!

you know we have a few but 5 are WC Jokers and will be leaving in Nov so there is not that many after all, and we are going to play our French players now and again, but they do need plenty of rest!!!!!!!!! even Jake said this week everyone speaking French in the dressing room by Xmas..............
but it's very nice of you to think we are going to be TOP 14 Champions this season merci merci merci !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously, I think that Montpellier will be contenders to win the Brennus along with the usual suspects!
I think that Stade toulousain will be in the play offs but sadly won't be champions. But I'm often wrong!

It all depends on whether everything gels, as we say in France "il faut que le mayonnaise prends" we will see tomorrow evening i have high hopes but Champion is massive, Top 6 and i will be happy, but Jake is talking about winning winning and winnning so who knows. This is a new song sheet for Montpellier and they certainly look very good and without 11 players on WC duty and others on Currie cup etc so if we get a good start the world is our oyster.

Messy game so far for Racing 92. Lots of unforced errors. I suppose its only to be expected 1st game with the nerves and lots of 1st choice players missing.

Wonderful try for Toulon. Line-out steal from Juan Smith and then Smith again on the angle and feeding Pelissie for the try. Two players who can feel unlucky to miss out on the RWC.

Good start for Racing. A win on the road and almost as importantly a home loss for major opposition Toulon. Toulon will get more players back after the RWC though and looked dangerous here and there and could go all the way again if the new recruits find each other.

Good news for Montpellier that FTD has surprisingly axed by PSA for the World Cup.
A big setback in my opinion for France's aspirations.
OK, Michalak had a good game yesterday, but is inconsistent. His next match could be a nightmare!

to be completely honest it was never a surprise? most people had a good idea it would happen, if you think ugly he was in the 36 so to be dropped later on like yesterday, which makes PSA come out better than if he never included him at all. I know this sonds completely insane but we have been talking about it in the press for the last month well since he was selected, there is a massive problem between Lagesquet which includes PSA and on the recieving end, FTD!!!!!!!!!
It's scandalous but true lets just hope Francois gets over it quickly and finds everything he needs at Montpellier.
