I can't say I'm shocked by this news, but whenever he's played I have hardly been impressed by him I have to say. Good luck to him at whichever NRL club takes him on.

Leeds Rhinos have agreed to release New Zealand centre Clinton Toopi from his contract and may also lose new signing Danny Buderus to injury.
The Australian, due to join Leeds in 2009, will have an MRI scan to examine the extent of a bicep injury picked up with current side Newcastle Knights. If he requires surgery, he will be out of action until March.
Toopi, 28, recently had a knee reconstruction after suffering two serious knee injuries this season. "I understand the team need a starting centre ready for next season", he said. "I am not only making this decision for me and my family but also for the team.
"I have really enjoyed my time here and I will miss the Rhinos very much, but suffering another knee injury has been a massive disappointment. Hopefully I can pick up a club when I am back to full fitness in late spring next year but I am mentally strong and up for the challenge." Toopi scored 10 tries in 47 appearances for the Rhinos, joining at the end of the 2006 season.
Buderus, captain of Newcastle Knights, has signed a two-year contract with the Rhinos but is thought to have ruptured the biceps on his right arm during his side's 38-24 win over North Queensland.
