Tickets bought from Viagogo

I have purchased tickets from Viagogo which I have done in the past always paying face value. Due to the fact I couldn't get tickets on the official website I tried through Viagogo the tickets were £44 when they arrived they have someone else's name on the ticket and face value is £20
Can anyone tell me do I have a case for recompense as I was not informed these tickets were resale and are they valid
