Quality team and bench for the Sharks, should be a home victory for them but not by much.

My prediction: Sharks by 8

This game's result is very much in the air IMO. Both team have a few important players out, whether rested, injured, signed with a NH team or retired, ahem.

Once again on the Sharks side our center pairing is not looking up to scratch. A Steyn-Jacobs center partnership looked very good in hindsight! I've not been convinced with either Strauss or Murray, ever. Especially Strauss, he's a confrontational player but his skills aren't up scratch for a 12. A poor mans Wynand Olivier.
And Murray doesn't run straight enough for a 13, he 'crab walks' our wingers out of the game. You're a big guy with pace and a good step, USE IT!

Besides that 10 is a worry but I've already expressed my feelings of Dumond elsewhere, he has much to prove to say the least.

I'm literally ******* myself in anticipation to see Alberts have a go in a Sharks jersey. He is a man mountain (1.92cm; 116kg), bringing some much need grunt to our pack, should take some of the ball carrying work load off Deysel.

Why do the Sharks not start Pienaar at 10? He is a much more complete player than Dumond.

Really looking forward to it. Messam taking over the captaincy of Lauaki, Elliot on the bench.

Tension and suspension everywhere

He's been rushed back from injury to cover for Dumond, if Meyer didn't retire he would of not been in the match 22.

Can't wait to see Pienaar back in action would like to see challenge Morne for the number 10 jersey. Willem Alberts i feel will be an immense signing for the Sharks.

First half not that impressive tbh, constantly swapping between this game and the 6 nations game, expected much more from both sides, altho who know what the second half will deliver :)

Yes Chiefs won,.
What a second half. First the Chiefs scored a try ( up with 1 point) then the Sharks got a penalty ( up with 2 points) I nearly got a stroke and then suddenly out of the blue penalty to the Chiefs in the last second. Donald you're a hero.

Great game by both sides.

Bulls**T this cost me a perfect round. stupid sharks should have just kicked it downtown.

Absolutely gutted. I had both Smit and Du Plessis in my fantasy Super 14 front row and they both get sin-binned!
