Ok, let me begin by sayin that Tarantino has been publically yearning for "the grindhouse" to come back since he wrote True Romance back in 1993. It was only a matter of time before his influence made it so.

What i want to know is, was the trailer made extremely tongue in cheek, or is that the way the films are going to be?
Coz they look cool, but if the trailer's anything to go by ive got a feeling i'm gonna have to go in and take the films with a pinch of salt.

Can anyone clarify what one should expect?
